No reordering needed — the films happen as they were released. What trips people up is assuming all five are equally connected. They are not.
The first three are one continuous story. The last two are looser sequels with recurring characters.

The trilogy must be watched in order
The Curse of the Black Pearl, Dead Man's Chest and At World's End form a single plot. Dead Man's Chest famously ends mid-story — it does not resolve, it simply stops — and At World's End is the second half.
If you are only going to watch two, watch the first and then skip to something else. Watching Dead Man's Chest without At World's End is genuinely unsatisfying.
The later two are optional
On Stranger Tides (2011) is a soft reset with a mostly new supporting cast and a self-contained plot about the Fountain of Youth. Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017) ties back to the original trilogy more, but neither is required.
Where to start
The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003), which remains a genuinely excellent adventure film and is startlingly good given it was adapted from a theme park ride. If it does not land, the rest will not either.
