The Punisher (Season 1)
EssentialSeries2017
Frank Castle after Daredevil season two, and the strongest of the later seasons. Watchable with only that behind you.
Availability changes by country and by week, so this searches JustWatch rather than guessing.
Can you skip The Punisher (Season 1)?
No. It carries part of the main Defenders Saga throughline, and what comes after it assumes you have seen it. The next essential title is Daredevil (Season 3). See the full Defenders Saga order.
