Back to the Future, Part II, Part III. That is the entire answer, and it is worth explaining why the usual question does not apply.
The films visit 1885, 1955, 1985 and 2015. You might reasonably ask which order those go in. But a time-travel story is experienced by its protagonist in sequence, and the whole plot depends on that sequence.
The trilogy in order
Release order. There is genuinely no alternative.

Why chronological order is meaningless here
Part II sends Marty back into the *same* 1955 as the first film, running alongside events you have already watched from another angle. Part III strands him in 1885 as a direct continuation of Part II's final scene.
Sorting by in-universe date would interleave the films into incoherence. The plot is the order.
Watch Parts II and III together
They were shot back to back as one production and released six months apart. Part II ends mid-story — a genuine cliffhanger with a "To Be Concluded" card — and Part III begins immediately after.
The first film stands completely alone and has a perfect ending. Plenty of people watch only that, and it is a defensible choice.
Why the first one still works
Almost nothing in it is wasted. Every detail planted in the first fifteen minutes pays off later, which is why it gets taught in screenwriting courses forty years on. The time-travel logic is also unusually tight — it commits to one model and never cheats it.
