The order is Season 1, then Jujutsu Kaisen 0, then Season 2, then Season 3. That is release order, and it is also the right order.
The one thing worth arguing about is the film. Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is a prequel, set about a year before the series, which makes it tempting to start there. Do not.

Why the prequel goes second
The film follows Yuta, a student who does not appear in season one, and it assumes you already know the school, the teachers and how the world works. It spends almost no time explaining any of that, because the audience it was made for had watched twenty-four episodes.
Its ending also sets up something the second season pays off. Watch it after season one and before season two, and everything lands where it was built to.
Season two is two different things
The first five episodes are a flashback set eleven years earlier, following Gojo as a student. Then the season becomes the Shibuya Incident, which is the run the series is known for and is relentless in a way the first season never attempts.
It is worth knowing the flashback is a flashback. A lot of people start season two, see an unfamiliar cast, and assume they have opened the wrong thing.
Where it is up to
Season three covered the first half of the Culling Game across twelve episodes in early 2026. A second part is confirmed and has no date.
So the anime is not finished. If you would rather not stop mid-story, that is the point to know about before starting.
